An important artist in the Uruguayan cultural environment of the second half of the 20th century, she reached the climax of her artistic career in the 1960s where, using gestures as a language, her work translates the drama and even the physical pain product of a life assumed since the integrality; a line of formal realization without ups and downs and reflection on the political and social context of the time are reflected in her work.
