Galería de las Misiones presents the exhibition "The dot, the circle and the line" showings 22 artworks of Eduardo Mac Entyre that spans across several decades from the 1960 until 2012 representing most of his artistic career.
Eduardo Mac Entyre, co-founder of arte generativo along with Miguel Angel Vidal, sought to create a distinct new dynamic aesthetic visual language of vibration and motion by arranging and juxtaposing geometric closed shapes and curved lines to generate new forms.
Mac Entyre became an international name in the 1960s, participating in many exhibitions and entering private and public collections. Throughout his long and productive career, he continued to explore endless possibilities of the circle in its many configurations both in painting and tri-dimensional artworks.
